Kelly Barry
Kelly Barry is an experienced colorist and stylist for the past 25 years. She enjoys using her knowledge to create exactly what her clients are envisioning. From layered A-line cuts to working with dimensional color. When not in the salon, she enjoys spending time with her family and two french bulldogs.
She is a certified beauty industry professional who opened Reflect Salon with one goal in mind, the well being of her clients. She believes that everybody deserves to feel great about the way they look and she looks forward to helping you with your hair care needs.
Rachel Syverson
I believe great hair should feel as effortless as it looks. My goal is to create color and shape that flatter your features and reflect your lifestyle, energy, and personal style.
I specialize in dimensional color, blonding, and grey blending, always prioritizing the health and integrity of your hair. My focus is on low-maintenance, elevated looks that feel beautiful every day-not just salon day.

Alan has been in the industry since 1987. He has worked on all types of hair and has certifications for Brazilian Blowouts and has taken advanced training in color and perming services. Alan has worked as a stylist and a salon owner for the past 14 years at Shearz on 3rd in Antioch.
